		<description>Thanks for the suggestion about baking powder.  In principle, the acid in the buttermilk and the baking soda in this recipe should do the same thing as baking powder.  (The recipe also isn&#039;t originally meant for cupcakes.)  I actually like the consistency of this cake a lot, though, so I&#039;m hesitant to mess with it.  They don&#039;t rise *that* much, but they are by no means too dense.</description>

		<description>Those look very pretty -- your pictures caught my attention because you put your cupcakes into a different kind of cupcake liner :)  I suggest trying baking powder to make your cupcakes rise and achieve that domed look?</description>
