		<description>Those sound good, Saket.  I've been wanting to make cinnamon rolls from scratch too but haven't gotten around to it.

I don't have a rolling pin either -- I usually use a wine bottle.  Also works well if you have dough that needs to be chilled to use a cold wine bottle.  :-)</description>

so i tried some cinnamon rolls this weekend. first -- not having a mixer kinda sucks. using a glass as a rolling pin worked though! and then i think i overbaked them by 5 or 7 minutes.

forgot to buy powdered sugar, so tried improvising a frosting with milk, sugar, vanilla. 

but still, it was alright!</description>
